SMALL CLAIMS, 2020
Series of 304, Archival Pigment Prints
8.5 x 11 inches
A photo-based typology spanning the memorable to the mundane – Small Claims recasts the pages of my parent's insurance claim after their home flooded during a hurricane into an epic, chronological accounting of a lifetime of lost possessions purchased from 1950 to 2017.
This work is part of a larger body of work connected to the flood.
